You are entering a new phase of the life of your company. It may be that you will need to relocate, recruit or reduce staff numbers as a result. In any event you should start planning your new teams and systems. The accommodation strategy will have highlighted any areas where there are staff shortages or surpluses. Planning for them now will ensure that when you take possession of your new space you will have the right staff to occupy it. Bear in mind that not all staff will want to move with you. Consider whether these are people you can do without, or whether you need to encourage them with incentives such as relocation benefits.
