BUDGET TOOL

This tool can be used in a variety of ways. To start, you can enter some rough figures for each element of the project. The tool gives you a useful reminder of what you need. Further on, as you begin to get quotes from suppliers, contractors and professionals you can use the more detailed breakdowns behind each heading. The Project Costs are everything to do with the process of getting your new offices. The Year-One costs include the project costs, but also your first year's property and maintenance costs. The Year Two costs will give you a good idea of your normal annual overhead costs related to your property as they exclude the property costs and any rent-free period you may have obtained.
